Please Note: All custom wigs are made to order. Processing time is 15 business days before your wig is shipped. Quality takes time, and we ensure every detail meets our high standards before it reaches you.

CC Wig does not accept returns or exchanges due to sanitation.  Orders must be canceled within one hour of purchase. If you have an issue with your order, don't hesitate to contact me via email info@thecarabeauty.com within 2 days of receiving your wig.

Please remember to add your bundles and closure/or frontal to your cart along with this custom wig product. This listing is for the custom wig construction service only — hair is not included unless you purchase it separately.

If you prefer to send in your own bundles, please place your custom wig order first, then email us at info@thecarabeauty.com with your order number and shipping details. We’ll provide the instructions for sending your hair in.

Cap Size Guide:

✔ Small Cap: Circumference 21" - 21.5”
✔ Medium Cap: Circumference 22" - 22.5”
✔ Large Cap: Circumference 23" - 23.5”

Choosing the right cap size is essential for a secure, comfortable, and natural fit. We highly recommend measuring your head circumference at least twice to ensure accuracy. For the best fit, take your measurement with your natural hair in the way it will be when wearing your wig. Once you have your measurement, use the chart below to determine your ideal cap size.

 We use the cap size you select when your wig is made. Once the unit is produced, we cannot make modifications or accept returns for resizing. Please measure carefully before ordering.
